I'm officially jealous of you. You trapped .6mph faster than me and you hit the magic 11 :(

CONGRATS! :thumb:

It's insane how close you are...Wait for a cold night and you'll get it. :thumb:

I made the Video last night and am not sure if I want to post it...It's too damn cocky for me to have made, it was late and I was punchy. I tilted it gone V8 hunting...Just keep in mind I love all cars moded! I just hate when for example the guy in the video with the red T/A gets a big shitty grin on his face when he see's I'm going to line up next to him... (my car is super quiet untill the external wastegate opens. I bought the quietist exhaust RSR made, It no joke has 3 mufflers.) I'll post it soon enough.

I ran the time in my Sig on pump gas with 650's at 100% IDC so I would think you should still have some fuel left. I would check for a small boost leak or something like that.

Those #'s are crazy guys, good going. I did 12.3 @ 117mph and 402awhp and 326tq. All of course on pump/93 octane and at 21psi.
I also have a very quiet car. 264/272 HKS and have the RSR exhaust as well. Is yours have a 5" tip? It super quiet, I even had 1 of the resonators removed, no cat and 3" exhaust.

Yes I have the same exhaust it is super quiet! The 5" tip is over the top I love it!
here's the video..

that was a good launch on the last run hence why you ran your best time, congrats

Pretty cool vid. I liked the end of it where it shows how it was put together and time and money spent.

Congrats man. To answer the one question I have a stock bottom end that supposedly has 2g pistons in it. Still has the balance shafts though, so I don't know if anyone has ever actually been in there. My car has accidentally seen up to 30-32 psi, but at low rpm. So far though, no problems running between 20 and 23 psi on the street.

thats awesome. can you tell me your technique on cutting those low 60ft? i went out with my new setup just friday night and cut a 1.66 and missed a gear. booo.

as for the next run, my rear cv joint broke. i'm using a comp 6 puck clutch right now, and i'm guessing thats a little hard for the drive train.

very well done. how much were you putting down to the wheels when you hit that time?
what's next ? :)

Lowering the tire pressure on 50 series tires really helps.. I actually slip the clutch so that I just have a quick smooth launch.. You'll feel it! that area between grippin and spinning. It's an awsome feeling. I also set my suspension up full stiff in the rear and middle stiffness in the front on the koni yellows I have. On another note if you smell clutch bad your slipping too much but never drop the thing...You'll break traction among other things..
I'm no pro but I hope this helps.

Wow, 340? Thats good torque. How did you get that? I did a good amount of changing of parts and only got 10lb ft.

True boost helps. He's pushing 24 and I am at 21. Next time I will raise boost when I am at the strip.

im sorry but what turbo are you running dwdsm? i dont know if i miss it on the last page? 5031bb?

great vid man! and congrats on that 11sec pass! i need to take my 2g up to the track soon and start getting some times!

I am on pump and want to see how far I can take it. Crappy launch, too much clutch spin, and knocking on the from 6k and above. Perhaps next time I'll get into the 11's.
