10's finally !

I don't post too often on this board, but I am thrilled so I am whoring this all over the place. Here is what I posted to my local board.

I just got back from NED. The night started bad, first two runs, the car sputtered so bad, I had to let off. I tried a few different things in between runs, but could not get rid of it. I was just about to call it a night, but figured I would try one more time. I leaned the car out via the GCC, and made a pass. It was my best ever :

10's finally ! It felt like a good run, but when I thought I saw 10.99 on the board as I went by, I was thrilled ! And it was sweet to do it on a club night with everyone cheering, thanks guys !

I made one more pass to try and back it up, but spun real bad, ended up
with a 11.12@ 128 MPH. At that point I was content and called it a night.
I am so glad to " get that monkey off my back ".

is your mod list current? Was that on the red? Race gas?

I believe so. It was done with the Red, stock shortblock ( still the original ). Race Gas, do you really need to ask that. Not too much else stock though.

yeah i want to hit numbers like that with the stock block. makes building a block seem like such a waste of money.
