Anyone know where I can get one? It needs to be roughly the same size/shape as the stock one so the bolt holes will be blocked.

I've never seen a weld-in bung like that. These are the options I know:

1. Get a bolt in bung
2. Get a weld-in bung and also weld the bolt holes shut
3. Get a n/t oil pan, drill your own hole, and use the weld-in bung

i picked one up from extremepsi.com and it worked like a charm just had the welder weld up the two extra holes for me.

If possible I would weld it. I am lucky on my car, but it seems the bolt on ones leak on every other car i've seen them on and constantly rattle loose. A good weld won't leak or vibrate loose.

touche' you got me I was slacking...read the first 2-3 posts and replied hahaha

I plan on doing mine soon.. I picked up an NT pan for 15$, and the fitting is ~10$ at summit, so it will be well worth getting rid of the leak and even the possibility of a future leak.
