I have a person that sells 420a engine for 100 bucks each? Is this a good price or no? They are suppose to be running engines but i plan on rebuilding it over a few years and eventually swaping it with the 420a in my car along with a turbo

Seems like a decent price for a core engine.

You need to make sure it is the one you need.

There is 2 basic types of the 420a, a Mitsu style and a chrysler style, some parts interchange, but not all.

I am sure the info you need to know can be found in the 420 sub fourms

$100 sounds like a good deal for engine car engine that turns over! Just make sure it's in good shape before you go to all the effort of throwing it in the car.

I wouldn't trust it. There's no worst of a feeling then getting the engine in the car and finding out something's wrong. I would buy it and rebuild it. My 420a's cost about 600 to rebuild and still it's running strong.

I agree x10000 that $100 is a great price. I wonder if you could maybe here one running before its pulled/sold.
