1 Stock Cam and 1 HKS Cam?

I just bought a parts car and found out that the intake cam is an HKS 264. Now my question is, will it be ok to use the HKS cam with the stock exhaust cam? Will there be much of a gain? Would it be worth it to just to use the one HKS cam or should i buy the other one? How about vice versa....if i had a 264 exhaust and an oem intake cam?

get another one, if you notice, people normaly get a more aggressive exhaust cam, over intake, ex: 264/272 combo

Ok sorry if i come off as a dick in this post but, that is most definitely NOT the thing to tell him. I myself am not sure of the possible consequences of doing this but for sure the answer is not "try it and let us know". What if the end result was bad? I wouldnt "try" anything until you get an answer from someone with a more definite answer.

^ its not going to hurt anything? As long as its in time, i mean, the worst thing that could happen is the car's going to run like poop. Id say go for it, im pretty sure other people have done just an intake cam, just search around.
As a matter of fact, my buddy's 94 S4 has the inline 5 20v and he runs a n/a intake cam and turbo exaust cam....worked just fine for him (fastest/quickest full weight audi int he country)
