My 1.8 idles fairly high at 1.1-1.5, whether it's warm or cold, at stop lights or in a parking spot. I was reading on some older forums and someone who had the same issue fixed it with an IAC replacement, does anyone know a good source for them at a reasonable price? Every source I found has them for $600-$700 and that's 😬

No. What i was suggesting is misadjusted cables are common. If you just got this car that's a place to start. If it was idling correctly and now its not that cable likely isn't it.
It's not a consistent high idle. Sometimes it idles as low as 800, but any lower and it gets really shakey
