ECMlink I could probably cook a hotdog before this thing cranks over

As a last resort before I send the injectors to FIC to get looked over, anyone have any clue looking over this log as to why the car cranking for a million years ? Definitely well into the rich side on startup. This is on my Evo 8 but im running ECMlink v3 for clarification.

FIC 2150s. Resistor deleted. Has only seen 93
Radium double with 450/525 (450 is manually switched on) I have a consitent 43.5 reading at the afpr during cranking.
Omni 4 bar. Have an AEM 5 Bar sitting here to install incase the omni is deemed the culprit.
BPR8ES Gapped to .022
JDC Cop Kit ( All new Denso Coils )
Speed density

Compression test came back at about 145 per hole, chaulked it up to the GSC S3s and looser ptw clearance on the wiesco 1400hds.

Requires a little throttle to really get it going, especially from a cold start but once running, it idles smooth and drives perfectly fine.

Happens on both cold and warm starts, takes less time to fire off if hot but still requires throttle

I am at work. Can't read the log. If these are FICs, are you still running the resistor pack?
I'll update post but the resistor pack was removed, the pigtail is soldered and heat shrinked. Didn't have this issue before, sat for a while and sort of just started happening. These injectors have only seen 93 for about 5-6k miles or so

Based on everything, I believe if you do a boost leak test, you will discover a good size leak between the throttle body and cylinder head.
I'll give it another go, car was disassembled and tested on reassembly. Head was fully removed and replaced ..then replaced again 😆. Same issue. I feel like it may have started around the time of the install of the double pumper but having constant pressure I don't see why this would be a thing

2150’s are going to need some cold start enrichment work. Have you done any of that? Did it used to work but now does not? Any changes between then and now?
Yes, it used to work fine but suddenly this issue has risen. Even happens during warm starts. I could be driving the car for an hour, let it sit for 5-10min and it's right back to crank city. If I crank pretty soon after shutting it off, it cranks over first click without a problem. This is why I'm inclined to believe it may be an injector or multiple sticking or something resulting in residual fuel bleeding into the cylinder while it sits
