the pedal has almost no presure what so ever

is it the pressure plate
is it the flywheel
it feels like the trow out bering is not tuching the pressure plate

tank you for any info or help

sorry for my bad english

my car is a fwd and i cant shift gears cose of these the pressure plate and friction plates are always engaged on the flywheel

tanks for a any info possible

XTD clutches have had some good and bad reviews. No personal experience(yet).
Does the slave rod move and engage the fork? Did you use an OEM throwout bearing?

the slave ingages the clutch and i used the trow out bering that came whit the kit do to buget isus

it feels like the trow out bering is not tuching the pressure plate theres no pressure on the cluth whatsoever
the slave works do

In my experience, you have to bleed the shit out of the slave cylinder to get good pressure. I would bleed, bleed and bleed some more. Also, in the future, stick with OEM TOB's, sometimes you just don't know what you will get in the aftermarket.

i bleed the system for like 2 hours and it did inprovend its not normal to use 2 bottles of new brake fluid when the master and the slave its new and the there are no liks whats so ever

someting is wrong
is it becouse im using a fidenza flywheel or is it the pressure plate ???

Where is the clutch fork sitting in the inspection window?
Passenger side?
Middle?
Drivers side?

Also, ensure you've properly bled the hydraulics (as in try it 5 more times). Would be a shame to go through a bunch of crap because there was still air in the lines.

right new the fork its in the normal position towords the tranny on the shaft

i did bleed it my boos is a class 1 mecanic

the belives the pressure plate is mad

everyting on the tranny is on

i have no personal experience but from what i heard from brands like xtd or f1 which i read tons of feedback on them, is that everyone seems to have the problem, its not stiff at all and it doesnt feel like a stage 3 or 4, but usually they say it gets better once the break in period is over, but none say its stiff but they say it gets a lot better and feels a little harder than an oem. i wouldnt recomend them heard they brake all the time

I need confirmation i tink i found the problem

my engine is a cyclone from the vr-4 galant 220 todh 14b

the fidenza flywheel i have is for the 4g63 in the talon
fwd talon
flywheel aluminium part number 161651
metal part number 261651

vr-4 galant
aluminium 161691
metal 261691

its that my problem ???!

Tanks guys

No pedal pressure is usually an indication of air in the system, which means you need to bleed... Sounds like you also need to have your clutch properly adjusted ... Also try bleeding the slave itself... Make sure to bleed and adjust them *properly* as adjusting/bleeding for the heck of it could worsen the situation...
