xtd, f1, oe fidanza flywheel

im looking on ebay for a 6bolt awd flywheel to go with my stg 4 XTD clutch im putting in and im wondering which of the following flywheels would be the best.

Go with the act. It's a proven flywheel that'll hold up to lots of abuse, and it's the only flywheel recommended for act clutches. The fidanza 8.8lb clutches are a little to light for awd's and don't carry enough inertia to get our cars out of the hole unless you get the launch perfect. Just .02

will the act work with the XTD stage 4 clutch?

also im planing on using the sprung 6puk from the 3rd stage with the stage 4 PP will that still hold over 400whp?
