Symptoms: Only after car has been driven for 10 minutes. Only on decel between 25-55mph and 2-3k rpms, push in the clutch or touch the gas the tiniest bit and it goes away.
It is NOT the driveshaft, it has NOTHING to do with the driveshaft, or transfer case. Both have been swapped out. The rear end has also been swapped out, except the rear-end that was put in it had shattered spacers for the spider gears, so I reused the spider gears and spacers from the existing rear, but that wouldonly cause issues during turns, basically what I'm saying is the rear end has also been swapped out to no avail.
This sound only surfaced after replacing the clutch, trannsmission, and rear-end. From my research, it appears this is a somewhat common issue that no-one seems to be able to come up with a fix for. The infamous "coastdown rumble". Appears to be related to changing the clutch.
Other issues: The rear brakes are trashed. And the engine mounts appear to be making everything sit over towards the driverside of the car 1/2", but I might just be imagining this.
