Well i have been spending the better [art of the year trying to get my Talon back to par! A HG blown, broken Timing Belt, CPS problems, the list goes on. After getting the car running and driving, 2 days later my clutch started acting funny. The car would die when i put the clutch in no matter what gear it was in. It now wont even start, here is a video to help explain.
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/a1zS7D9vnQM&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/a1zS7D9vnQM&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

So i checked for CW by visually expecting movement in the belts with clutch action, and checking oil for metal. Good news both checked fine. So i decided id check my Slave cylinder again, while moving it i heard a "clink clink" So i took the rod out, the transmission sub frame out, and the boots that cover the shift fork out. This is what i found, WTF is this, please help.

Speaking of more damage, i noticed while i had the car on the lift, if i turn driver side wheel it makes a clicking chinking sound that i know it didn't used to. It still spins the back tire like normal and the noise comes from the front side.
No one said anything about this. Could this be a sign of damage to the input shaft?

pull that tob off of the splined input shaft and look at the collar if its missing a chunk replace your bell housing. but first try to turn the shaft with your hand feel for any binding it should have resistance but no binding. move the leavers on the tranny make sure you can go through the gears and turn the shaft with your hand while shifting. if everything is good and the shaft is busted take it apart (if you got the doe take it to a tranny shop!) inspect the gears and bearings. ( i took my tranny apart on my 1g for the first time the other day! and put it back together!) if everything is good in the tranny get a new bell housing if the collar is busted.

Looking at the first picture, you can clearly see the chunks of TOB inside the bellhousing.

It's a stretch, but it's possible the clinking noise is just debris in the bottom of the bellhousing rattling against your rear output shaft. I would put an ear to everything while someone else turns the wheels, so you can pinpoint where it's coming from.
