Ok, I get the new Cams in and after about 45 minutes of drive time, i'm going down the road at 50 mph, easing along and the motor dies.
it will crank over but not start, i get it hauled home,
just for kicks i crank it over to see it it might start after it had cooled.
it then locks up, i climb under and it will not turn over with a breaker bar on crank.
I pull the valve cover and a rocker has broken, the round bearing in the center has split in half, and the small needle bearings are scattered. i think one must have got in the oil pump and stoped everything from turning any ideas?

They usually only break when the timing belt skips. That's most likely the reason that the engine isn't turning over. Check the timing marks, my guess is they won't line up.
