aaaaaaaaaa,
Africa
The other day I did plugs and wires on my 91 Laser and I accidently tightened the bolts holding the plastic spark plug cover on instead of loosening. I know I'm an idiot... I heard a snap but figured it was just the bolts breaking loose from sitting for 4 years. When I got the cover off all of the holes were broken out and there were metal chunks on top of the rocker cover under the spark plug cover. So now I can't bolt the spark plug cover back on.
I'm making a run to the junkyard in a little bit to get a new center taillight so I'm going to try to pick one up if I can find one. But I was just wondering if the rocker cover off of a turbo 1g or 2g would work on a non turbo?
I looked it up in CAPS, it's giving me 3 different numbers.
MD125932 - NT 1g (like mine)
MD125933 - Turbo 1g
MD316252 - Turbo 2g
So I guess they're a little bit different, but would they still work? I've yet to find a non turbo 1g in a junkyard.

When I got a replacement N/T engine online a while back, it was from a sonata and the valve cover was held on with studs and nuts.
Hope that'll make things a lot easier.
