hooking up a rocker switch

Ok I plan on making my own little cusom slot for a rocker switch or two because I'm hooking up some LED's inside my car and I intend on running my halo LED to one of them when I get my halo headlights . My question is , without attaching a new wire to my battery what other wire would I tap off of thats easily accessed from the interior of the dash that has a constant flow when the ignitions on , other than the radio wire , that was my last resort because I didnt want to have to remove it AGAIN .

power wire to the radio or cig lighter

take a DMM to ## fuse box and see what showes 0v when the key is off and 12v when you turn the key on.

The manual tells you which fuses are constant and which are switched.
For that matter the electrical manual tells you via the diagrams all the circuits.
