Wrist Pin toast?

Just got my 6 bolt rebuilt 950 miles ago. I went out to start my car after it was sitting for a few days and I noticed a loud tick almost a knock at 1100 RPM. It does not sound like lifter tick. I have dissasembled the head on the car to check for bad lifters or rockers with no luck. Dont think its a rod bearing because the noise is only at 1100 RPM, goes completely away above or below that but is very audible at that rpm. Anyone know the symptoms of a bad wrist pin? Ive searched and came up with nothing. Guess the next step is pulling the pan but I just wanted some feedback first. It sounds like it is coming from the head.

I've not heard of DSMs destroying their gudgeon pins. However, rod bearing and balance shaft bearing failures are more routine.
