Wow First Blown Up Tranny!!!

ok has anybody seen something like this before??? I think i smoked the bearings in the differential due to excessive wheel hop....oh well i found a new transmission from a dodge stratus...they use the same type as us...either way WOW!

dude your clutch exploded. That is the reason for using a scatter shield. It can save your life and limbs. Wow indeed.

If that's an act clutch ( which it looks like ) the disk may have come apart and caused all this. My clutch came apart as well but luckily didn't damage anything.

thats the stock clutch...its a massive thing thats almost like a automatic clutch...thats why the clutches for the NT 2g talons are so expensive...you have to buy the clutch with pressure plates and a whole bunch of stuff.....iv learned don't bounce your wheels with the stock suspension...thats what locked up my deff and killed my tranny!!

ACT doesn't make a clutch for the 420a.
