Would these fit?

Hey fellow DSMers. There is a set of Konig Prophet rims in my local paper for sale with Toyo Proxes tires all around. They are 18 inch but doesnt tell the offset or anything else about them. The seller wants 700 obo for them. Is that a good price for them, would they fit my car, and what else should I ask about before buying them?

O, and do you guys think they would look ok on my car? My car is the silver pearl color.

There are several more attributes we would need know:
-Wheel width
-Offset
-Lug Spacing
-Tire size
-and in extreme cases- Suspension changes, current or planned.

Right now, I dont know any of those but I plan to call and enquire about all those and I'll get back to you guys.
