I dont have access to a n/t ecu right now and I'm just wanting to see if the ecu is the source, I dont plan on driving it just want to see if the ecu is the issue
 
Thats going to be a no... There are several differences between the pair. If you do a quick search you can pull several threads on the topic.. I might be mistaken but you have to change a few things to use the turbo ecu. I have personally never tried it so I cant be of much help in that area. Are you using 450cc injectors?
 
No you can not use it. Our ecu also has a knock sensor wire and an additional wire for the Karmen Vortex. Our stock ecu's are sending a signal for a 450cc injector. It would severely over run your injectors capacity. There are probably several things I don't even know about that wont interchange.
