i know this has been disgused many times, but i cant target the problem. The car has a 2.5 turbo back and an intake, msd 8.5mm sc wires, and ngk bpr6ekn plugs. the car has been fine ever since i got it, it has 58k on it. its automatic. I just got a security system put in and it as been "backfiring" if thats the term at wot, it seems to bog down and go bo bo bo bo bo. My friend had a similar problem and replaced his plugs and it was fine. One other thing is that it is not a constant thing, it happens off and on, not evertime i go wot. THanks alot! should i switch to bpr7es plugs

:thumb: personally i wouldnt use the ngk....yes they are preferred but ide got the bosch 4+, i got a good little kick from then and my car runs so much better.....

Thats because yours is N/T, bosch +4's have been known to break off under boost, thats why NGK's are perfered.

I had the same problem it was my wires. So much for $90 Magnacor's, lasted about 20K miles. :thumbdown
