Shit, I'm running an open downpipe, which many of you know is ridiculously loud, and cops barely glance at me. I think that they think my car just has something wrong with it :laugh:
The snow isn't that bad, I drove my car all winter long.
Potholes are a problem, but even so, there are ways of getting around them.
All in all, I don't PA is too bad a place to be modified.

So I have mine in suction cups on the windshield, since front plates only function to help them aim their radar/lidar (laser) guns. Speed trap tested, traffic court judge approved.
