So ive been slowly gathering parts to to a basic turbo set up and came across a deal on these parts as I was looking for interior parts for my DSM.

Factory 2gb turbo and intercooler, in good shape and was really good deal. Still working on gathering other parts, and the proper 4g63 manifold so I can tig weld a 420a flange to it.

Any advice on using a gst turbo to turbo a 420a? This turbo literally almost free with the parts I bought. And the bearings are perfect. I wanted to do a stainless header, since symtech/ treadstone manifold is impossible to find.( what i would pay for the original tooling...)

They also make an adapter that bolts up to a t3 style turbo manifold like the one you can buy cheap for the 420a. I did have a 14b bolted to this adapter. This is just another option, but as you can see the turbo sits the opposite way of a 4g63.

See i thought about a adapter and one of those manifolds. But I was worried about fan clearance.
A t25 seems perfect for my modest hp goal of 200- 240 with 8psi of boost.
and this one came complete with 02 housing.
But im wondering how good a maxspeeding t3 flange might be. As long as the efficiency graph can support my needs I might consider it.

Intercooler looks like it might require modification as some.of the ac components route through the Intercooler pass through hole in the fender.
