JL Audio Subs with Rockford Fosage Amp. Hard combination to beat. (try to get an older rockford off of ebay though... the newer ones cant handle near as low amount of restance as the older ones can.)

good subs, i bought 2 12" versions 2 years ago, and running at 2 ohms they sound awesome for sound quality, and are louder then most systems I hear around here!

bridge that sub to this amp to run 4 ohms, and it should give you everything you want, but if you wanna blow someone out of the water, get 2 subs and run 2 ohms !

Oh yeah, I'm running the same 2 mtx 8000 12's w/ the new mtx MXA4002 series in the 1.8 and it hits real hard when cranked up, and sounds real good for most all types of music!! The amp also came w/ remoter control bass knob !!!
