wont turn over after head install

ok well not to long ago my timing belt snapped, just got the head back and done up, surfaced, springs/retainers,valves, now i put it all back together and the car wont turn over. I noticed a couple things but not sure if they signify anything, one is that there is water commin from where the thermostat housing meets the block, it has a new gasket and the other is that i saw the knock sensor wire came out. It does its have fuel and pretty sure its got spark, havent checked but it was working the other day. And everythings is plugged in

First off all I would fix the coolant leak, take the housing off the HEAD, and see if the gasket is still good, if it is use some indian head(gasket shellac) and put the housing back on, that should fix your leak. Also make sure that there is no "old" gasket on the housing, the head should be clean, if you had work done on it I am sure that they probably hot tanked it. What do you mean by the knock sensor wire came out??? unplugged????? wire pulled from sensor itself?????? Fuel and spark really dont have anything to do with an engine not cranking over, by not turning over you mean that the starter is not working? Can you hear the bendix engaging, does it "click" when you turn the key to start??? Also I dont see how you have spark if the engine isent turning over. Just a little more details, I am sure that this nothing major.
