wont stop knocking

i have a 91 talon awd and about two weeks ago the tran. went out got a shepard racing one put it back together drove it home had no problems no noise just ran perfect the next morning it would not start car had spark fuel and air so i changed the ecu nothing and then changed the cam angle sensor starts but knocks set the timing and still knocks idles ruff and the throttle is not responsive. any help would be appricated. thanks

Ah I must edit this, I just noticed you included the word noise. Have you tried to figure out where the noise is coming from?

sorry i was saying that it had no noise when i drove it home
