Well I may end up on Hwy tonight for a bit depending how hard the slave cylinder decides to fight me and my bro when we change it(hopefully this fixes my clutch problem, if not then I get to do the master cylinder tommorrow). Also going to probably wire up the boost gauge and just tape it down until the gauge pod shows up monday or tuesday. Hopefully these 2 things install nice and easy so I dont have to deal with it tommorrow but that usually never happens so guess I will just have to jump in and go from there.

Just wondering if anyone is going to be up at HWY tonight since me a bunch of friends ar thinking about it. I was there last night and got told to leave by a cop...hehe boy I almost shit my pants. Mabye goign to see if things go alittle better tonight. One of my friends raced a 2003 NSX last night, it was blue and looked so tight. What was really funnny was when me and my friend raxced him from a light. He launched and pulled great until he got grip LOL. My other friend in a civic hatch raced him and was dead nuts with him, anybody know what NSX run in the quarter mile? They did a 2nd gear pull and were pretty much dead even. My friend's hatch has a H22a in it so it is very respectable motor wise bu the body , no offense to pat looks terrible, like the sticker on his car says "Hatch form hell" cause it really looks like has been to hell and back. Look for a 91 TSI AWD that is black with the silver trim if you are down tonight.
 
if i go i will be in a 4dr 2004 civic silver because the laser dosen't want to hold oil :\

Im gonna try and hit up hwy tonight, i dont know if ill have the avenger tonight so ill probably be in a 91 red civic hatch si with the plates in the rear window or a black 98 monte carlo z34

Not sure if anyone gave me a thumbs up, but yes my friend's hatch has a integra front end conversion. You must have seen it then. Looks a little rough doesn't it? It's very quick though so I give him that. Went on Sat night and had a decent time, but some kid in a laser RS turbo was talking shit to me but wouldn't race so f him. Also a kid in a protege was talking shit but i didn't even bother.
 
That wasn't my laser talkin smack ;). I went up to day and everyone was trying to race my moms 4dr civic! WTF? no one ever wants to race the laser like that LOL
 
I was down there last summer some time with my friend and saw this red Laser, so I thought I'd race him (I was driving my friends probe GT at the time). I get on it and this laser just walks away. I look over to my friend like damn your car is slow, when is the turbo kicking in?

yeah me and my friend pulled over and talked to him probably about a month ago. body looks like crap but its fast as f*ck with that h22
 
hey like 8000 posts ago there was talk about a bunch of DSMers showing up to a honduh meet in Madison commin up soon i think(i was too lazy to look for the posts). Does anyone know if that is still happening?? just wonderin

Yeah the car is red and he spray painted the front red and a lot of it is coming off already do its white and red. Looks like crap but really fast for a honda, he schools my a@@ pretty dang bad.

I didn't look back in the posts, but I believe the meet that you are talking about is on March 27 which is Sat and it si in Madison. I ahve a lot of freinds with Hondas so they know/are talking about going and will be going.

I think the GSX will sell rather fast being that is has a fully built 6 bolt and only 7k on the engine. SO if anyone of you guys want it or know anyone who wants it e-mail me or PM me. Please help me out. :D
 
I was down sat night. I turned onto the hwy and let the bov sound and was swarmed by more cars then i could ever imagine. It was coo though some kid in a piece ass k car was like messing w/ me it was funny. Peace Jason
 
Funny, Its hard to get people to race the laser. I dunno if they are scared or just think its just a POS slow car. POS yes, slow no :D.
 
How much boost can a stock turbo pull on untill fuel cut i have a electronic boost control and it is set at the high setting for about 1.2 bar/17psi. could i chance going anymore just on runs or will i need big injectors nad pump and air fuel control?
 
id just get a 190lph that should flow enough for some runs. i dont think ud need the injectors or the afc necessarily
 
The car only has liek 30K original miles, also what weight oil have you guys been running? And do u find thta the oil pressure is alil low at ideal but when under driving conditions it is normal or high? And also do you ever hear liek a clicking sound from the lifters with a thiner oil ?

i dont remember what oil i was running at the time when my car was still running, but as for the lifters i had that ticking sound :thumbdown. it gets annoying but you learn to live with it, i invested in a new stereo :D :thumb:
