Wisconsin DSM'ers!?!?!

Yeah for sure... ill probably be going home right after work since i dont have my car.

I took my car to sears yesterday to have the rear left wheel bearing replaced and they couldnt get the rear axle out so the put a puller on it and tore the axle in half. Stupid $&#^*@& idiots, now i dont have a car for 2 days till they get the part. The funny thing was is they actually wanted me to pay for the new axle, i told them were crazy.
 
Let me know when you head up this way. We can try and get a few of the other local DSMer's together and I can drag my Car club out of the woodworks. Maybe do some grilling or something. Way cheaper than bars. Most of them are in Tomah anyhow.
 
Well... now do i not only hate sears, but fedex can burn in hell too!!!!

They lost my rims/tires those mofo's!!! Why is it that people these days can never do the job right THE FIRST TIME.

Did they at least compensate you for them?

Well that sounds good. If you want to see if Monday will work and we can do the grill out thing.

Terry..............don't know what to tell you man. Your haveing the same luck I had 2 weeks ago.......eveything was breaking and I couldn't keep up.
 
Sure, I'll check out what's going on that day and the grill out thing sounds good. I'll see how many poeple want to come.

The show will take place July 12, 2003. Times will be from 6:00 pm to 9:00pm.
Food and beverages will also be served. All imports are invited to be here to come and show off their vehicles.
It's an all import show, but its a Mitsubishi dealership, we can't let the honda's take it over, we need to get a lot of DSM's to show up!

Just piping up to say I was in Milwaukee for the last three months and it was cool to hang out with some of the wisconsin dsmers. If I get back to Milwaukee, I'll try and get to one of your meets.

I'm going for sure.. Wether I show or not who knows. My 92 TSi AWD is fast, but not much of a show car. And my 97 GS Show and Slow car, is in the shop..

But I'll be there anyway!
 
I'll try to be there, but who knows. My Laser isnt much of a show car either. Its in good shape, just looks stock
 
after you chage the fuel pump

the first time was ruff i expected that
but this morning was real ruff i got scared but after the 4th time trying t it worked

when i get off work will it start normal?
 
I finally figured this out. I keep getting the wrong filter for my car when I go to change the oil. I looked up a 89-92 and got the right one.

The question is....Can you tell if you have a 6 bolt without taking the thing appart, or is the filter mount able to be swapped. (didn't look at it close. so I don't know if it is detatchable or not.)

What year is your car?
 
So i guess my car is going to be down for even longer.

I took it to mitsu after sears replaced my wheel bearing (and broke my axle in the process, and replaced) because i knew somthing was wrong. Turns out sears improperly installed my rear axle and i drove about 100 miles with it half poped out of the rear differential. To make a long story short sears is buying me a new lsd rear end and anything else that they broke.
 
Hopefully it will be done by then. But im gonna have to break it in for 1000 miles.

New act2600 and new rear differental, im gonna have to be easy on it.
