I checked out that car and when it started it belched out alot of oil smoke and about killed me. After the smoke cleared out I popped the hood and listened to the rod knock.

Needless to say I passed on the turbo car.

You should have gotten it... i could have hooked you up with the motor in my garage.

Since im not going to be needing it.

It flows 2 1/2x more air, won't heat soak, preasure drop of 2.5 lbs, and fits in the stock location with little modification to the car. A must if upgrading turbo or running higher boost levels without spending $600+ on a front mount.

I am just being curious here. But how hard would it be to install one, and what is the average price of one in good condition?
Thanks.

I just realized that you are from madison. i live here too. Do you know if there still be a meet, or what's going on. I would like to meet some local people.

I'm looking to meet some people too. I meet ZEROFREEZ, Terry he's from around here he's pretty cool. I run into him every once in awhile at Amaco or Envation Mtsps (? spelling) I thing we should just name a time and place and if people show up cool, if not ohh well.

There's a place right off Hwy 30, and fair oaks. Its a Semi parts store, and repair shop. I bought silcone hoses from them last year for my intercooler 2" to 2.5, im sure they got 3, to 2.5. Though i don't know the name of the place. Though you can see it right on 30, going to the E. wash exit.

Theres a new place behind the airport over by Packers Ave called Dynotuned Performance, might wanna try them. I dont have their # or anything. They also have a dyno (the only one I know of in Madison) I was told its $120 for the first hour then $100 each additional hour wether you tune or they tune it. Also Culvers on Northport Drive has meets every thursday nights from 6-10pm similar to the Wendys deal.

I would like to have a meet too sometime but unfortunately my car is totaled right now, working on fixing her up though (check out my gallery for pics) otherwise I would be down with you guys. I'm stuck driving my X till shes fixed.

Dynotuned Performance doesn't have then either.
Do you know anyone that sells Redline Lubricants in town?
I need some water wetter.

Is their any Dyno's in WI that are set up for AWD?

spymoto, what local shop are going to get your pipes done. I am thinking to upgrade my piping also in the near future, just looking for some info.
Thanks.
mad:talon:

I don't know yet. but I'll let you know when I get it done. I have to wait til I get the intercooler. I sent my payment out yesterday so I'm hoping to get it in a week or two. I got it for $125 shipped from a guy in Washinton.
Once I have it installed and figure out what bends the pipe needs I might even be able to get one thats already bent from someone that carries alot of muffler pipes. I'll look at those places first before I have it custom made, unless I can get it done for cheap. I have a friend that knows a guy that works at a pipe shop.
I'll let you know what I end up doing.

Hey guys, I'm in Milwaukee. I am looking for a walbro 255 for my 94 AWD. Can someone PM me and I'll come get it.

Thanks
Desi

Let me know if you still need some and I'll give you the guys e-mail address. You can also pay using Paypal so you can get it that much sooner.
