Well that isn't cool... I hope someone has another one soon. Does the Wisconsin DSM group ever get together? I'm looking foward to finding out what you guys/girls have done to your rides. (Actually I just need some good ideas to steal for my own ;) )

Well i guess im not getting my car back till next week wed. at best, and the total damages to my car was 2900$. Sears is dumb.

Holy $hit Terry...

What did they do hit it with a ball peen?

I knew staying away from that place was a good idea.

Anyone heard from spymoto?

We were working on a trade deal and I see he hasn't posted since the 10th.

I shoud try to call hin tonight.

on a ligher note, the columbia county fair is haveing a supercross on the 23rd. Yours truely plans to race unless something goes to hell. I need to put new fork seals in my bike and try to get a little seat time befor the race.

Sounds like fun... I might come check that out.

Where is it at? Portage?

You should make a cold air intake. I made one for my car.
I used to race motocross and arenacross too. I broke both of my wrists, I came up sort on a 80 foot double I made. I have my dirtbike sitting in my parents garage, it's just collecting dust now for almost 2 years now.

Anyone looking for a dirtbike??? 1999 TM 125 (not KTM) Italian made bike, very sweet! Like a Factory Race bike. It eats any ### bike 125.

Mike

Mike.....

I had a couple friends get banged up too.. Last year one broke his back and Friday one had someone land on him after loseing it on a double double.

I managed to tip myself over and dislocate my collerbone...nothing serious.

This would be my first race this year.

Shark...The idea I have (i saw pic of one on the boards) seals the filter compleatly from the engine. Only fresh air can get in. The ebay one still allows the heat in when you are sitting still=poor launch

not really...
You would actually be blocking off the hot air,
and only leaving the hole behind the headlight for cold air.
Which is what you have now + the hot air.

If you look at this page:

and do a cross with the ebay heat shield, you might have a better understanding of what i am thinking. :)

The only time i ever care about my launches is at the track... and then i have my headlight out. No hot air there. :D
