Wisconsin DSMers revised

How about next sunday we all go to import wars at GLD in union grove. Don't have to race, just meet up? Well to anyone I will be there!

I have another thread in the Midwest DSM'ers forum about GLD/Milwaukee area DSM'ers that I posted last night before I saw your post. If anyone wants to move the conversation about that meet to that thread so we don't get off-topic in this one, that's cool with me. It's more or less what I posted about anyway.

Meet is still on for today. Next weekend we can have a meet as well. There is a HUGE car cruise saturday in marshfield and then the car show sunday. So next weekend will be even bigger.

So far today, There are 13 cars and 1 bike that will be there for sure that I have talked with on the phone. Plus lets not forget the 20+ more cars in point that we will be meeting up with.

Its not going to rain so that wont be an issue.

I'm still on for tonight...even if it does rain....it looks like we'll get some for like 30 minutes, then that's it....but there's a pavillion there that they just put up...so if it does rain, we can crash in there for a while.

ya...it was pretty fun tonight....had some burn outs going on, then the ride up to point...and the food cook out of course...shooting soda cans out of exhausts() even though it didn't work teh greatest . ooo yes...and the....what was it...10-15 minutes of LIGHT rain hahaha...all and all...a prett fun night

Once we hit Stevens Point, I would say there were about 25 DSMs there, give or take. We had a 700 HP DSM from the area show up. Very nice. It was a terrific time and all of us can't wait to meet up next weekend.

That was me. I must have got your number some how and I put it in my phone, and I put DSM next to all the DSM'ers in my phone so i just sent a txt msg to all of the DSMers.

It was acctually a good turnout for being a little bit of rain. I dont blaim you guys for not coming, there were SUPPOST to be some bad storms, but nothin more than a little rain.

I got some video which I will post up when i edit it.

Marshfield Car Cruise at 5pm in Marshfield Wisconsin at the Northway Mall on this coming Saturday (June 24). Last year there was over 200+ cars in the cruise. PM me if your interested in coming, I can setup another cookout thing or something...

Alright, Here is what I think:

Saturday lets all meet someplace (not decided yet) in Marshfield at around 1 or 2. We can have a cookout and then just gab and check out each others cars. My parents live in Marshfield and they have a fairly big yard (5acres) and we could all go there or something. Then we don't have to rent a shelter at a park or anything. Then at 5pm, we head over the Northway Mall where the Cruise starts. After the cruise we can do whatever, maybe find a party or something. If many of you want, we can all get a hotel or something.

What are your guys thoughts on this???

That wouldn't be a bad idea. Our parents are BIG into lanscaping and have some wonderful designs at our house. We could get some vary nice photo oppertunities there.

Wow.. im way behind now. How many DSM's actually showed up for the meet? Next sat. After 6 or 7 should work alright for me, depends on how many DSM's I'll be fixing that day. So hopefully I'll see you all in marshield or point.
