Wiper Switch Problem

Ok so randomly the other day when i went to turbo my wipers off they stayed on low, intermident(sp?) doesnt work neither does off, but if you flip it to hi they go on hi.

So basically I pulled the fuse played with it a little and no luck.

So for those with a 2g manual is there a relay for the wipers or a switch someone in the toggle switch itself. Appreciate the help, were suppost to have rain tomorrow.

Bad wiper switch (the off, int, low, hi one). The only relay is for the intermittent, not the normal low & hi positions.
