Wiper Fuse

It snowed a little last night and froze.
I got in my car early this morning and hit the water button for my fuild not thinking about frozen ice stoping my wipers,

Well they dont work now and after my water ran out I put more in and it dosnt work now.

Did I blow a fuse? Rear dosnt work also.

Where is that fuse located at?

You can see your inside fuse box and ouside fuse box you shoud see where it the fuse.Also check and the wipers relay.

Once you replace that fuse, replace your wiper fluid with the blue smurf piss.

Ever Fix This Prob?? I Had A Similar Problem, Except It Was Raining And I Tunrned Them On...nothing, The Night Before They Worked. I Checked And The Fuse Was Blown. Replaced It..blown Again. I Put In A 30a Just To See And They Came On Real Slow? Took That Fuse Out Until I Could Get A Better Answer. If It's In The Wiring Im In Trouble...any Thoughts?
