( i have no clue what bolts need to be turned)

he also said something a bout a window regulator stopper (which i never heard off) he also said i need a new regulator, but if if mine works do i need one?

window regulator is together from the motor. The motor drives the window up through the metal brackets which holds the window up in place. The window regulator can be bent from a thief trying to break into the car or simply the car wash people washing the window too firmly while the window is half cracked down. The part that he may have been talking about (the window stopper) might be the window sliders (i think thats what they are called). They guide the window glass straight up. If its out of alignmight, it would cause the window to go up crooked. they have 2-3 10mm bolts that hold them on. I would try adjusting them first. Also check to see where the window sits on the regulator. The rubbers that hold the glass onto the regulators sometimes crack over time and loosen the window from the regulator. They also have a 10mm screw that holds it together. Also try throwing a tiny amount of grease in the sliders as well to help guide the glass up in smoother strokes.

i don't know anything about the regulators... do you think it'll be the smart to replace the whole regulator even though mine is still working? i have looked all the web for the window stopper, and i can't find it anywhere :(

Grease on the sliders is not the answer. Besides, that grease carries onto the glass itself and can make a mess of things.

The innards of a regulator has nylon guides to help with the tracking mechanisms to help raise and lower the window and these guides are dead center of the action.

The guides are prob all worn out which is causing the window to tilt like that and the entire regulator needs to be replaced.

Might have to check with a Mitsu parts dept, or hit yards for better used regulators that can be had for less pennies.
