I have a GST with the tranny taken out of it. I took it to a shop to find out what was wrong with it. They told me what was wrong and gave me an incredibely high price. I said no thanks and they gave the tranny back to me in pieces. I have boughten the new pieces to replace the broken ones. I am just not too sure on how to put it back together. I am willing to pay out some dough to anyone on here in Florida that knows how these trannies go back together.

Just a thought. but between the vfaq and being able to ask questions about the rebuild here it should be a fairly painless process.

I just rebuilt the engine and have A LOT of other crap going on. I have no experience with trannies and I just assume not deal with it. I would pay a shop to do it, but you should see the quotes I'm getting just to put it together!!! I have seen that link before and if looking at it was going to make me sre I could do i, then it would be done by now. Thanks for the reply though.
