Will this gasket work for a T-25?

Yes. Under the CAPs program the manifold to turbo gasket is part number MD128901 (which is for the 6cm).

There is also a gasket between the turbo and O2 housing......Mitsubishi part number MD191897 that is pre-O2. I didn't see it at the above site, so if you want it.........probably dealer.

Other than that, you have a good list.

edit.....I forgot to mention that there is also a sleeve between the exhaust mani to turbo (inside, you can't see it).......Mitsubishi number MD300355.

The sleeve is really more of a "blow-out" type of thing.........meaning that it's really there to insure that the gasses pass by the "crack" between the mani and turbo (by moving the "crack" above and below the main sealing point). I took mine out about 2 years ago (12-04) and it was in a good, reusable state.

I wouldn't worry unless it's in really bad shape.

Most aftermarket turbos don't even use a "blow-out" sleeve.

I dont get why a TD05H housing is the same as a T-25. The 7CM port on the 14b is different than the T-25. Maybee im confusing myself.

Ya thats what mine has done. I was confused on the same o2 housing gasket for 2g T-25's and a 14b o2 housing.
