Will this downpipe fit my stock cat???

I need a new downpipe as the flex section is worn out and is starting to get really loud. I was looking at a few, and this one seems to be reasonable, but before I buy, will this bolt up to my stock cat for now? The reason why I ask is because I need to get a sticker at the end of the month and I don't have the money right now to fully upgrade my exhaust.

yes, its a direct bolt on if you have a stock cat. converter.

Sweet. I just didn't know if the flange was going to be too big and I couldn't bolt it up to the stock cat. converter. I'm going to go buy it now. Thanks for the answer.
