Will these rims fit?

Recently stumbled upon a deal but have no idea when it comes to rims, tires, rim size, etc..... will a rim with the pattern 5x114.3 17x7 fit on stock suspension set up for a 2G eclipse? Hoping to get some feedback before i maybe buy them this weekend.

Maybe they are all sarcastic remarks to set him up to fail. I was actually thinking that I had to re read to make sure i didn't skip over the hidden offset value.
