will suspension break down?

I've been reading about how the components of my stock suspension, especially bushings, will have broken down by now(215k Kms) and should be replaced with any suspension upgrade. Just want to know if I should worry about taking corners too hard or not with my stock suspension components?

How does she feel in the corners? It goes gradually, so dont worry about like a wishbone falling of or any thing like that. Typically it will just begin to get mooshy and your ability to hook up in the corners will fade. Once it has become a nusance to you it is time to replace that shit. Search koni and tein
