Whats up guys im still new to the DSM world but im in love with my 95 TSi:D

So far all i did was replaced all belts and yes even my timing belt and water pump.
The car has 68k on it.

Im planing on taking it to my local exhaust shop to do a 3" Turbo back with a high flow cat.
Also in a month or so im planing to order the 2g FMI Punishment racing offers for 360$, and a crushed 1g bov.

**Do you guys have any comments on the FMI from Punishment**

Also im doing some of the free mods like the wastgate solenoid.
AEM Uego and boost gauge on their way.

My goal for my car is 300whp and if u guys have any reccomendations please post.

Thanks, your fellow DSMr

You will notice gains when all those mods actually free up space for when you upgrade the turbo and add more boost. You will notice small gains now since your stock but when you do add more fuel and boost you will notice big gains..

Yea im planing on doing a big 16g but i wanted to do the minor stuff first, also other than the parts listed up top what other supporting mods would i need to run like 12lbs on the 16g other than walbro 255 (what are the stock injectors for the 95? and would 550cc support up to 250whp), ACT2600 and fidenza flywheel, if im lacking supporting mods for 250whp please list any u feel would help out.

Not trying to knock they punishment racing FMIC..

But you can get a great intercooler for much less...

PM "Stapl3", he sells the SSAC FMIC kits for around $280 last time i checked and they're very VERY good kits.. I noticed an automatic gain when i bolted it up long ago... i noticed no lag even though i had a T25 at the time ROFL...

Awsome i just didnt know if anything under 300$ i could trust but i just got done searchin and 90% ppl that have them seem to have no complaints, but ill deff invest in an SSAC do you know if i would have to do any cutting or welding to fit the 1g bov on there.

The ssautochrome one is AMAZING! and its cheap 280^^ like he said. But 12psi on a 16g? Thats no where near the efficiency range of the 16g. Your t25 will give you bigger gains, unless you plan on running the 16g from 16psi+. I plan on going 550s and will be going 80% on them, and i should be putting down (est. 300hp) with my other mods (SSAC front mount, intake, mbc, s16g and putting on 550s and safc). But you will want something to tune, and a pump like the 255....but please all of this information can be found by using the search function. Learn to use it, learn to love it.

WTF WOW!
Ive never heard anyone back up a T25 like that before...

A 16g and a T25 at the same boost level will not flow the same... the 16g flows more CFM than a t25 even under lower boost...

Not to mention with ease...

But the T25 will spool quicker, thus is quicker off the line, but a bum at anything past that in comparison to the 16g.

I would say get the 16g regardless though.

A 190 lph pump will be fine for your goal, and won't need a fpr.

A 16g will not flow more then a t25 a lower boosts...i couldn't find it but there is a thread that has this whole argument. The turbo is not being used in its "efficiency" range. The 16g should be used at 16psi+, at least for optimal results. If lower boost it WILL NOT flow as much, so if you run 12psi on a t25 you will feel it pull harder and quicker then a 16g at 12psi. I no for a fact because i tried this when i just installed my 14b then my s16g.

But im all for him getting one i love my small 16g.....:hellyeah:
