Cliff notes: Is a rewired evo IX (about 190 lph) fuel pump enough for 400 AWHP???

new felt Mitsu head gasket I know.....
medium port job, valve job, crower 272s, manley springs/retainers, stock valves.
PTE 780s
ebay 16g
stock IC and piping, stock FPR
port matched evo III exhaust manifold
full 3 in exhaust, besides 2.5 in o2 housing with dump
keydiver stage 3
act 2600 fidanza

They said they are making some updates, and will be releasing it in 1-3 weeks. This was last week.
I will also get a more aggresive chip from keydiver. Mine now is for 91 oct, and a target afr of 10.7
Will I have enough fuel for 400 AWHP, and what should I set my base fuel pressure to???
I can get a 255 walbro easy enough, but I'd like to not mess with it if possible.
