Why would he want to trade you upgraded stuff, then take his and have to work on it to improve it.

Maybe I'm a little confused though, but this idea makes no sense...

who knows...maybe his friend doesnt care about performance...the only big difference are the o2 sensor bung which is at a different angle, he will need to put the o2 sensor on and tighten it with the housing off the car otherwise hel have an interesting time as it barely touches the alternator.
