will a front strut tower brace help with fwd traction from stopping flex ?

Limited Slip Differential + Drag Slicks = most traction you can get in a FWD

Poly mounts, slicks, and LSD. The best you can do man. FWD has its obvious limitations

Get a better suspension setup also if you want to stop so much wheel hop and awkward control during spinning.
