2G Will 2011 Mustang GT 19x9 +45 rims fit?

I've been searching for the better part of 30 minutes and I've seen a lot of threads from 2004-2005 about 19 inch rims and from what I've found is them talking about 19x8 or 19x9.5 rims. I am just wondering if 2011 mustang GT Brembo rims would fit with no rubbing on an eclipse with no lowering. From what I've found in the mustang rims they're 19x9 with a +45mm offset. Obviously the tire also plays a part in all of this and I've seen people debate a 35 vs 45 tire? I'm new to tires and rims so I don't exactly know what that means except that the 35 tire seems to be a thinner tire. Like I said I know this topic has been beaten to death but I can't seem to find any threads about 19x9 rims. If anyone is wondering these are the rims I'm thinking about getting.
