Wierd boost problem

My turbo spools fine and all, but no matter what I set my boost to, It hits 15 psi and doesn't move..MY IDC shows 90%+ at 2-3k rpm. What could be causing this problem?
No boost leaks.



-I'm running 93 octane and a 60 point octane booster

Ok I retrieved my settings off my AVC-r

NE points- 3k-7.5k RPM

FB speed-
1s- 5
2n- 5
3r- 5
4t- 5
5t- 5

Start duty- set to -30% on all NE points.

Boost duty-
boost- .60 bar
duty- 63%

I have an ebc. I realised that my gauge shows 15 psi, but my AVC-R, spikes to 1.28 bar (which i know isn't my real boost press). After the gauge hits 15 psi, I get no increase in power. Can anyone help?

Ok, I've just answered pretty much the same question on your other post. So why do you have 2 threads for the same problem?

Are you sure the AVCR is installed right and that the boost control solenoid is not defective?
