Sooo getting a set of Rims for 150$ with tires from junkyard.

255\55\16's, aka 16X8's, 4 of them, dunno offset. but came off a Trans-am I know they aren't superwide, but would be a great improvement.
anyone have these on their 1G?

File:purple98ta.jpg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia here's a pic of the Rims I'm considering getting.

(will be painting black) I'm going back to the junkyard in a few days and I'm gonna stick one on a DSM to see how it looks see if it fits good or if I get hella-lot of mexi-poke (which I probably will)

just thought I throw this out here to see if anyone else had them or seen them on a DSM.

Postive about this?? for some reason I was under the impression they were the same....maybe just my ignorance.

Suggestions for cheap, easy to get ahold of 5X114 rims that are wider then stock DSM rims then? anyone?

Well Evo wheels are fairly inexpensive and wider, you can probably pick up a set of FD RX-7 wheels for chump change. Sometimes I find a set of aftermarket wheels for cheap on craigslist...

### sauce on the no fit....I haven't been able to find any cheap FD wheels local, and evo wheels go for 500$ ish with tires. I'm more looking for 100-200$ range with tires (good or bad they will be replaced anyways). 300$ at most.

5 lug Mustangs share the DSM PCD, with a larger centrebore - so either find centre rings that fit or make sure the wheel uses cinical/acorn lugnuts.

not an issue.

I've seen evo8 rims with tires for 350 before

yeahh its just I don't really feel like they are worth that much to me LOLll

I'll probably just get some Dodge Avenger rims again, 17X225 so they are decent width.
