Just turned my car back to stockish condition since the cams i had were messing with my ECU pretty bad and i didn't wanna send money on a piggyback. So today i just got everything bakc together and took her for a drive but the wideband is still reading off the chart when i leave off the gas in gear to slow down untill about 2k. Also have a random high idle that i cant track down. I changed the TPS and IAC sensor both did'nt do a thing to help. If i rev the car the idle will go back to normal most of the time.

Forgot to mention that its off the chart red, lean

That is normal. The car cuts all fuel when it sees that the throttle is closed and the rpm are above a certain point.

What ^^^ said. there is no need for the engine to keep getting so much fuel while slowing down so it will lean out.

it's normal for the car to read 17:1+ when costing in gear above 2k?

Car cuts all fuel under decel in gear until it gets to about 1400-1300 rpms.

Exhaust leaks or calibration, would be the only thing to throw it off. It is normal for it to go really lean like 17, or 20 or even so lean it wont read when not in throttle. Thats not what you need to worry about, what you worry about is how lean it runs at wide open throttle. 10.3 is what mine ran factory pretty rich, lean it out to 11. and it will run better and release more power.
