Wideband and Wideband+DSMLink ??'s

can any of you guys comment on the accuracy of these wideband kit. I've heard a "few" people say that when compared to a dyno's 10,000 dollar widebands they can be off by more then "1 pt" like it says 12:1 but its actually 13:1. However their is a lot of other variables that they seemed to have wrong. like running leaded gas all the time and not replacing sensors.

As long as you have your exhaust leak-free, then it should be accurate.

I spoke to Innovate before they actually released their product about this. My local dyno dude said the same thing (about the accuracy). Innovate have done a direct comparasion with their and other expensive systems. He said that they were just as good if not better than the high end models.

Dyno widebands are used and abused, and almost always read leaner than mine. But even if its within a few points, its close enough. Its not like there is some exact magic number you need to hit... Just another data point to take into consideration. Much more reliable than narrow band O2 and knock though, IMO.
