Wideband and E85 question..

Ok I'm running E85 in my 2G and I'm using Autometer's Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio PRO Wideband A/F Kit. and it says its Adjustable for Alternate Fuel Types (Ethanol, Methanol, Propane, CNG) 6:1 to 18:1 AFR Range for Alternate Fuel Types. Here's a Link>>>> Auto Meter
I emailed Autometer and asked them if it reads E85 and he said no but I could use the setting for Methanol but has no data to show how far off the wideband would be. I'm taking it to my Tuner to dyno tune it and try to get about 380 out of the evo III 16g turbo?? His dyno or wideband whatever reads E85 he said So I'm not really worried about the readings while tuning but once I'm on the streets I always like to keep a close eye on my A/F readings... Should I sell this wideband and get the AEM E85 wideband or are there others running this autometer one with no problems??? THANKS in advance!

Really?? set it to read reg ole gas? Alright thanks for the reply. and I was in my buddys shop the other day and he was showing the difference in the size of a 6bolt rod and a 7bolt rod and man there's a big difference! Can the 7bolt handle 380-400hp? He told me not to push it past 360 but I thought that seamed kinda low.

Yep, just use it as a gas scale and tune for WOT at 11-12.5:1 depending on your comfort to power level as well as how the car itself responds.

And I've seen stock 7bolts pass the 500whp mark, its all in the tune.

Cool Thanks for the replys.. And my tuner/shop owner is the best anywhere around here. people come from surounding states to have him tune there street and track cars... Plus they have a mildly modded 1g eclipse awd running in the mid 11's right now. And this was a different shop in town that told me the 360hp range not my tuner. My tuner told me to bolt a 60-1 on and crank up the boost .. I have ALL the supporting mods to make 700+hp besides the turbo and internals.

Awesome, Im using AEM Wideband and Tru Boost, I tuned my car at 12 to 1 with 100% e85, I love this fuel, but its time for 1200cc.

Yeah I"m using bluemax 1350cc injectors. The buddy I got it from wanted to go big on the injectors to protect against over boost spikes or whatever else was thrown at it. He was planning on going for the 500hp range but I plan to stay more miled untill I change out the rods.
