I'm new to DSM. Does it cost a lot of money to get the MAF with the translator so that you can vent?

Well if this is something that you may like, here are the rough prices:

Dejon blow-through I/C set-199$
3"GM maf (only size that will fit this I/C set) 130$
Maf Translator-199$

That is all you need to efficiently run that set up if you want to vent that badly(like I do :p)

Why is venting that big of a deal?

It's not a super big deal, I just happen to like venting. This Maf T set isn't around for the sole purpose of venting. It:

Allows you to set your car for the fuel injectors you are running with.
You can set a different flow at base(size inj),idle(waiting at red lights/not moving. It allows you to set the flow in a way that eliminates the rough idle that mainly comes with venting), Mid-sets flow for acceleration between 1-8 psi, and of course WOT-basically anything over 8 psi. It's a great tuning tool that is even better with other items(i.e. SAFC, datalogger, DSMlink, etc.) There are even setting you can use for N20, or even ethanol(I think) if you happen to run with that as well.

Who cares does it bother you??? Also to whoever changed the poll your a DUMBASS!!!
