BOV vents to atmos. and intake?

hey guys check this BOV out. It vents to both?? will this be loud and not cause any boging or anything??

No, its saying it CAN be recirculated back into the intake, thats why its perfect for cars that cant be vented.

It's venting some to the atmosphere as well as routing some back to the intake. It may not cause as many problems as purely venting to the atmosphere, but it's not some revolutionary blow off valve that will magically tell the Air sensor that it's getting air which it's not. No good, sorry.
