Whirring noise when driving?

Its not very loud and mostly when im in 2nd letting the engine slow the car down instead of the brakes, is this normal? its no louder then the actual engine and happens when driving in 2nd too sometimes.

Its not coming from the fuel pump area more like slightly in front and under the shifter/console assembly.

Thoughts? just driveshaft maybe?
 
We need a little more info on the noise.

The noise sounds like something spinning winding down, it happens mostly in 2nd gear at higher rpm (3500) when turning a corner and not needing to shift up to 3rd because you have to turn again so you just drive in 2nd. Its just a low pitch whirring, not high pitch, like something heavy spinning down. Sounds like of like a power steering pump when you turn the wheel while iddling but slightly louder and on a straight road.
